Our class curriculum is built around the development of both ground fighting and stand-up skills. We instruct our students in takedowns, securing top and bottom positions, submissions as well as striking. We designate specific classes for development of skill sets used in the Sport of MMA. Boxing, Kickboxing, No-Gi Grappling and more traditional Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
We are proud to announce that we have become an affiliate of the #1 Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Team in the World – Alliance Jiu Jitsu. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Mitch Coats will be visiting AEMMA the week of June24th – 30th to teach classes for the week. The week will culminate with a 3 hour seminar on Saturday June 30th from 11am to 2pm. $99 for Black Belt Club members and $125 for all other students.
