The BodyBell Method

Our BodyBell method integrates Kettlebell, Bodyweight, suspension training, dynamic tension, and Plyometrics based training; to yield a program that will get you into the best shape of your life. Have you been looking for the most scientifically based fitness classes in Ridgewood, Ho-Ho-Kus, Saddle River, Allendale, Midland Park, Glen Rock, Ramsey, Waldwick and the rest of Bergen County? There are only 12 Master RKC’s in the world and Phil Ross is one of them. He designs the classes and either the Master himself or another RKC certified instructor runs the class! We offer 10 classes per week at various times in the day as well as private and semi-private classes.

Master RKC Phil Ross, founder of the BodyBell Method, and the Star of the Advanced Russian Kettlebell Workout Video and trainer to many fighters, athletes, celebrities and physicians designed and conducts these classes. Included with the membership is guide to learning kettlebells, a manual on the Basics of Kettlebell Based Training.

The system employs bodyweight exercises (calisthenics), flexibility, plyometrics, cardiovascular conditioning, endurance and the most revolutionary fitness tool in the world – The Kettlebell. The kettlebell exercises as presented are from the Russian Hard Style Kettlebell System. Phil Ross is a Master RKC, a Certified Bodyweight Specialist, an International Presenter and part of the RKC Leadership Team.
