Learn the secrets to kettlebell mastery with the Super Seven Kettlebell movements taught by Master Instructor Phil Ross, M.S.

In this in-person course, you’ll cover the essential foundations of Hardstyle, Russian Kettlebell methodology, focusing on strength, mobility, and explosive power.

Course Highlights:

  • The Kettlebell Swing (Two-Hand Swing, One-Arm Swing, Hand-to-Hand Swing, and more)

  • The Kettlebell Squat (Goblet Squat, Single Rack Front Squat, Bottoms-Up Squat)

  • The Turkish Get-Up (Scapular Push-ups, Armbar, Full Get-Up, and variations)

Learning Objectives:

  • Master hip hinge, shoulder packing, rooting, breathing techniques, and cueing
