Master Trainer Phil Ross

MS, MRCK, MAM, Adjunct Professor:

Master RKC, CK-FMS Certified, Master's in Sports and Exercise Science, Martial Arts Master, PCC Bodyweight Certified, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, AFPA Certified Personal Trainer as well as an Adjunct Professor at Bergen Community College in the Wellness and Exercise Department. Phil Ross brings over 40 years of experience in the fitness world to his clients. A Certified Movement Specialist enables Phil to decipher a client’s asymmetries and provide corrective movement strategies. He has a great deal of experience with Athletes of many sports disciplines, Martial Arts, Wrestling, Golf, Track & Field, Football, etc… as well as people simply desiring to improve their well-being. His clients range in age from 10 to 75.

Erick Perez:

U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, Associates Degree in Applied Sciences, HITT Training Certification, Brown Belt in Shotokan Karate, Brown Belt at American Eagle MMA as well as Starting Strength and HKC (Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified). Erick brings a great deal of knowledge and enthusiasm that he shares with his clients and the students of American Eagle.
